Rosa Costen of The Costen Team was such a pleasure to work with in finding our new home. We believe that if it weren't for Rosa's dedication, we would not have been the first people to see and purchase our new home. She was always available to show us homes as soon as they hit the market. We looked at the market in East Cobb for almost a year and she was endlessly patient as we discovered what qualities we truly wanted. Rosa is extremely kind but also was very professional. She was knowledgeable and experienced but did not hesitate to make the extra call to find out additional information even before we asked her. Our home hit the market early one morning and by 6:45am she texted us and told us we needed to see the house immediately.
